Bio

Glen has a degree in Chemistry and Microbiology plus a co-op designation from the University of Victoria, Canada. He has experience in labs ranging from culturing human cells for pharmaceuticals development, to parasitology, to analytical chemistry, to industrial biotech, and food microbiology. He codes in Python, and also knows Haskell. You can see some of his projects at the projects page, he also freelances scientific and technical writing.

Additionally, he lead a Canadian University Society for Intercollegiate Debate team; coaching and competing in public speaking and critical analysis. Glen is a quick and continual learner with a wide variety of interests, as hobbys he enjoys winter sports - especially skiing, tabletop boardgames, camping, reading, and grooming his facial hair.
